i am glad that most of you enjoyed the review (i am the person who wrote it). as for the points you have made regarding where it falls short, i would like to point a few things out (in a non-aggressive manner - trust me, i don't mind constructive criticism).
first, i did not go further into Stardock products because we were only given WindowBlinds to review. had i been given the entire suite, i am certain it would have been just as favorably reviewed. i am a big fan of stardock products. i understand their functionality and appreciate the work that goes into programming these applications.
as for the office functionality, i am coming from a different persepective than technicians working in the private sector. i work as a computer/LAN technician for the federal government, and a product such as this would never make its way onto our desktops. our desktops (running win2k) only have the bare essentials. everything has to be approved by national headquarters. i discussed this with many of my peers in the public sector prior to writing this review, and many agreed with me. they also agreed that the full suite would help in their environment... however, as i stated, i was only reviewing WindowBlinds.
like i said, i appreciate the constructive criticism, and am glad that you enjoyed the review.
keep up the good work gang!
