WinMonster2, could you tell us if your sister has any other SD software on the machine? Also, did you install it with Impulse with all antivirals/firewalls off?
If you could tell us machine specs ie the vid card she has?
I know there is some smart peeps here on the forums so I pose my
problems to you.
