Fences Pro?

Impulse lists a update for Fences Pro but, when I Click on update I get this error Message.

error:The Beta of application you are trying to download/register is not available?

Has Fences Pro been discontinued or withdrawn from access in Object Desktop?

Or are the rumors true that stardock has cut off all previous versions and are now selling it as a seperate application?

I had an update earlier today that went okay.  I just had another one and got the same error.  More than likely a server or update problem.  I would give it some time and try again.

Fences Pro will be coming Thursday for Object Desktop subscribers. I've turned the beta back on for this evening.

I'm having the same problem, but I'm unable to install any version of Fences.  I had Fences Free installed, then tried to upgrade.  First, Fences was uninstalled.  Then I needed to reboot.  Upon reboot, I tried to install Fences Pro, but received an error.  There is no download available for Fences Free.  And using the website and the CNET download link, my antivirus refuses to save the file, as it detects a trojan.

So right now, I'm left with no version of Fences installed, and a mass of misplaced icons all over my screen.

This may also be preventing Impulse from updating it's XML data from our servers.  Try adding exceptions for Impulse or disabling it.  Also make sure you have Show pre-release versions enabled.

Thanks, I was missing the pre-release versions.  I should be good now.

And the Avast antivirus issue seems to be a major but separate issue, apparently the latest update is causing false positives across the board, and Alwil's support forums are melting...

Not in My IMPULSE it still says Beta v1.00 and no update is available ata this time?

WinMonster2: Well that is certainly not right. You have a subscription that is good for a couple years still. From within Impulse, click on the help button and go to "About Impulse." What does it indicate is the version there?

You might try closing and reopening Impulse to see if that helps, too.

OK I received an update about 15 minutes ago and now it says version 1.00.4263 is this the newest version?
