Disable Deskcapes

Normal Wallpaper

I dont know if this is supposed to do this,but if i use the "Disable Deskcapes" function in Deskcapes 3, then use Personalize to set a Desktop Wallpaper, I cannot change the wallpaper i have to reboot then i canselect any wallpaper i want.

Deskcapes workes fine, its just the Disable feature thats faulty (to me anyway )
