I've got a Logitech G7 wireless.  I love it.

I also have a Wacom tablet but I mainly use it for my other games in which I don't need zoom and 3d manpulations, go AOE... but I even have a larger tablet...the SMART whiteboard, which is kinda cool, I need to zoom, I do what you do when you zoom on the iPhone, and for other movements, I use the same technology as mouse gestures, etc

Err, why does everyone like Wireless mice so much? From my experience, they hog batteries and have a good tendency to malfunction... Maybe I just had a bad one. To each his own, I guess.

If you mean the G7, I find it very comfortable.  Fits well in my hand and the button clicks are smooth and light.  Very low clicking sound.

I've only ever had this G7 as far as wireless goes.  I was reluctant to get one because of all the stuff I read about lag time and battery performance.  I'm glad I decided to try it out myself.  Best mouse I've ever used.  I play SINS with this and have never noticed a lag.  It's not too heavy, comes with two rechargable batteries and the battery charger has a quick charging cycle. 

I use to use any old mouse like many of the people who posted before me until I bought my first good mouse years ago. Since then, I havent turned back. I now have a heightened sense of importance for mice. Anyhow, I use a Logitech MX510 ... it's served me extremely well over the years but it's almost time for a new one.

Every microsoft mouse I've used didn't work properly.

I use microsoft wheel optical mouse, I have had no probs with it and its sits snugly in my hand.

Pen is programmable, three very silent clicks, scroll wheeling -- mouse pad stopped gathering dust and infrared or batteries aren't USB. Needletip pointing accuracy instead of lateral wrist moves, i sign checks with a ball ink -- it's only natural to have a reflex by hand rather than fingers or pencil(s).

Must be the artist looking for a brush load of aquarel, again.

Had i been given this technology back then, canvases could have rolled out the assembly line in minutes rather than days -- without the mousing cheese or shadowed arrows.

Um... All cheap mice are unreliable, not just logitech. Dissing a company for a single bad experience is ridiculous, if I did that, I wouldn't be able to buy anything from anyone.

It's not that bad, it's just years of experience of working with computers. Done pretty much everything from selling computer parts/building systems to managing corporate networks. If it's hardware related, I've done it.

My point is that I've had bad experiences with pretty much every major brand out there in pretty much every area. Dell, HP/Compaq, IBM, Intel, AMD, Asus, Kingston, Microsoft, Logitech, Microstar, Gigabyte, 3com, Cisco, Sun... the list goes on.

I've been more or less been forced to choose between buying unbranded crap or buy from companies I've got previous bad experiences with. The truth is, ALL companies release crap every now and then, it doesn't necessarily mean that everything they do is crap though. Logitech has made quite a few crappy keyboards and mice over the years, but they did learn from their mistakes and most of the stuff they release today are solid.

By dissing a brand after a single incident, you miss out on a huge lot of excellent hardware (getting repetitive, but specially the microwheel on logitech mice.. ).

Damn, mine must be old as it wasn't even mentioned.  Logitech LX3.

Multi-Linguistic from a few brain cells memory but it types. Still having troubles with QAZ but it's still surgically solvable -- so they say and never gave up on the carpal tunnel ligament, EMG on the 12th wish me luck. The numpad is on the right (or wrong) side.

9/10th of my data carreer is over. Think again, i'll find me a device if i must.
