HELP MY SERIAL KEY WON'T WORK!

Hey! I've tried using my serial key on Impulse and on the Sins website and it's not working! It says I have to use the e-mail I used when I bought the game. I BOUGHT IT FROM A RETAILER WTF! How the hell do I register the game to get the friggin updates. Omg, this is ridiculous someone please help I wanna play online now!

That doesn't make sense since pirates tend to not need CD-keys, or if they do, used ones but then CRACK the game. I would know as I actually did pirate Sins. But eariler this year I did buy it, the CE version actually.

But yea get in contact with sals@stardock.com or something. Probably just a double of a CD-Key or someting.
