How are militaristic +ve & -ve bonuses determined?
Ethics, reputation for eliminating opponents (including Minors), attacking ruthlessly without provocation, declaration of war, starting abilities... and so on.
What about this item called militaristic (it's +ve for some civs and -ve for others)?
I have declared war and eliminated civs before, but I haven't seen any negative effect yet.
The RC.xml contains a number of ability tags -- one of which is Weapons and the other being Military production. Personality sliders (Evil/Good) can also be a direct cause. As i was saying.
