Dynamic Wallpaper Settings - can't get to them

It used to work

It's been a while since I last tried to play with the settings for a dream so I don't know when this stopped working but I when I click on the "Dynamic Wallpaper Settings" option in the Deskscapes control panel window nothing happens. It used to bring up the options for the currently active dream. Now it does nothing. The "Performance Settings" option works as usual.

I've tried a few different dreams and the "Dynamic Wallpaper Settings" does nothing for any of them. Dreams tried are:

Winter Snow

Water Dream

Watercolor Dream

This is on Vista Ultimate x64 with Deskscapes 2.50.067. Any thoughts?
