Why don't they make TV ads like this

I want a Nutrigrain Bar so much right now.

After watching this ad that was probably designed to garner new clients for the agency, it made me wonder why more real ads aren't this audacious. I mean, for the shock factor alone, it would be worth it. Even if it was for the post 9PM time slot, I think it would be so worth it.

I want companies to take more risks... be willing to push the envelope really far. YOU CAN DO IT!

If only it was an ad for TV though... which is a shame really. I want to be things from people with ideas like this.
