help i haveing trouble download beta patch

hi i am haveing trouble download beta patch or it keep saying is downloading starting and does nothing else please if anyone know why let me know plz

Click on the blue orb button in the corner of Impulse to access the options; in there you should find one about an alternate download mechanism. Enable that, then try the download.
