Hey Guys....getting ready to pre-order TA....was wondering if we order the CD do we get an instruction booklet like all of the other boxed versions?  Also..if a manual is supplied, will it detail all the new features of TA?  And one last question....if we order the CD, when will it arrive?  Do we get a basic build of the game and just keep updating until the final release, or will the CD be delivered only after the game is finished?  Sorry if these are stupid questions.  I just like having manuals for my games.
