It is the day that we are suppised to celebrate our Independance. YIPEEEEEEE. YahOOOOOOO. Yipeee, fucking cayyay..........I saw a man in the V.A. hospital today, he was not celebrating his independence. WHY? Cause he IS NOT INDEPENDENT! We have forgotten him. Our politicias are getting sent out of office to a new life of retirement, fianancial staus quo, and books to write, my Veteren friends though, they have a real reason to watch the fireworks. Oh yes, those fireworks have helped all the Veterns of all the wars to understand what they fought for. Hell yes, they are being rewarde everyday beyond words. The benifits that they are getting are just phenominal. They are so good that the docs had to figure out which drug to give, oh wait, that wasent why, thye need to find the cheapest "medicatioon", with the best effects. NOT NOT NOT All the flags at full staff on this one special day had made all the differance in the world. It means so very much to them to see that their "Commander in Chief"s" are so well rewarded for theiiir efforts. Oh, yeeeeeeeehhhhhhaaaaawww, my friend the " VET" sat there with half a leg, schrapnel still lingering in his shoulder, and half of the brain he once had, by choice, hotting and howlering for the fireworks display..with an ;unfilled prescription in his hand that he can not afford to get filled, a sharp pocket knofe in the other, waiting for the right moment. Oh yes sir, he was a Vet alright.....he was dead before I got there the next day.
