is there a way to change the fleet leader once the fleet is created? sometimes when i have 2 fleets get low, i combine them by drag selecting and making a new fleet and it seems to just select a random fleet leader. does it matter who the fleet leader is?


also, when new ships join a fleet the fleet pin sidebar thing does not update it's pips unless you drag select and make a new fleet. this also happens when you load a game. the pips disappear altogether.
