So what do you do if you've bought the digital download ce but then also want the box?

I sent a mail to sales at stardock.com but I was only told that when the game was available options for buying the ce would be provided through stardock.com...what? the game is available and I've bought it.

So what do I do? where do I pay the difference between the two and the shipping cost without paying the full amount once more.
