Auto fleet question

Is there a way to turn off "auto join fleet" for newly created ships? i've found no way to do this except to click on each ship and turn it off. it would be great to be able to have ships come out and stay at the rally point with "auto join fleet" turned off.

At the moment, no. The scout and colony ships will not auto-join by default, but all others will unless told not to. If you don't want them to join a fleet, rally them somewhere where there aren't any fleets.

Siege frigates don't auto join either.
