Actually, I'm trying to follow Kryo's advice to ignore these threads, but I can't help myself here.
For me to English is good with you. I know many that problem the spellings. It is for niceness to bee inviting with peoples. Agreement reached hear. |
You know this forum can really keep you on your toes. There's always a new voice to be heard from. You read something like this and you think, Well that's kind of funny and cute in a Borat kind of way, but you really don't think too much about it.
Then you read Proloton's post #150 over on the America: Freedom and Fascism thread. Excellent, excellent post on the state of healthcare, education, foreign policy and morality in America. Plus as a bonus, a glimpse into the soul of a former special ops airman. Of course, he follows this up with post #155 about evolution that I don’t agree with, but that’s beside the point.
Anyway, Proloton, I have one request. On your serious posts, could you put in a couple of carriage returns after each couple of sentences or so, it would make it so much easier to read.

And keep up the good work on both the serious and the funny posts.
I'd add my own Borat impersonation here except I'm sure that I'd just fall flat on my ass in the attempt.
Mumblefratz, you think Marcathonas is such a hero dont you? |
I don't know about being a hero, but he's demonstrated himself as a smart kid and a basically good kid that's a bit of a hothead.
As far as you're concerned, I actually haven't been paying all that much attention, so I haven't really formed an opinion.
However, your concept of embracing your weakness and making it your strength has merit. But I'm not going to get between you and Marc in your arguement about it. The only thing that I can suggest is that perhaps it's like GalCiv2. There are many different and apparently mutually exclusive strategies for winning the game, but as long as you win, how you got there is less important.
