I noticed people on this board and others complaing about the AI being agressive. I notice that this isn't a problem with the Arceans. They send massive fleets of ships combined with around 8 transports in my last game to attack my planets on NORMAL difficulty.
I think the AI is agressive, its just that certain races dont do so well. Like how the Drengin ALWAYS fail to do anything in the game. Its always the Altarian, Torians, and Arceans. Everyone else does below average or worse.
