I was invading the torians and thalans, taking their planets, and notice they they build their planets COMPLETELY idiotically. They load them up with embassys, build no factories, and put structures on important resources that dont take advantage of them. Also they will build wonders on these as well.

Another thing that annoys me is that they like to build insane fleets of fighters, but i assume if they didn't build idiotic shit on their planets that this would be solved.
