I have been creating some custom race and from out of nowhere I get 40% social production bunus. I didn't even put social production down in the first place. (-5 comes from some other stuff.) However, I did just look at a custom race that had 40% social production. So the only reasonable explanation for this is that the attributes from other races seep into the one you just made.

Has this happened to anyone else or is it just me?
