I'm playing the scenario where u decide to concede the seige (first dread lords one). The aim is simply to get Torians to form Alliance with you
I now have complete cultural domination, and the Derengi are holed up in the corner surrounded by my Starbases, Ive researched good to become like Torians, but they still wont ally with me. Now the torians Final planet has been assimilated into my culture...there ARE no more torians...even some Derengi Flipped.
The victory conditions say 100% complete...but the game won't end. What is going on!! I've been playing all day...help much appreciated...
