Over population

anyone else gettin the problem where on certain planets ur approval has severlly droped because of over population. And does anyone know a way to over come this.
i have already tried building a troop transports and load my population off but as fast as i can produce them is as fast as the population increases.

the only time i have moral lower then 50% is when i have a planet that i have purposly have put 4 farms on and i dont have the room for entertainment or stock exchanges with means my moral will stay low. and i leave it be just to tax the bastards.

Less farms and more entertainment centers on the planet is really the only way to combat this.

that or get some moral starbases i remeber in one of the gigantic maps i was playing how i had 5 moral reasources all ugraded as full as they could go made it nearly impossible to have an unhappy person

Has anyone ever turned an entire planet into a population-farm to simply produce a heck of alot of tax revenue? Basically just max out the population capacity with food production and entertainment centres to keep them happy. Perhaps put the economic capital there, too.
