create themes

The description of theme manager says that you can create your own themes...I have had TM loaded (don't right at the moment) and I'm not sure how that's done.

Let's say I want to combine a certain WB skin with a particular wallpaper and a randonm set of icons and cursors. Is it possible to do that provided I have IconPackager and CursorXp qand WindowBlinds and ThemeManager?

Oops...I got this one figured out. Pretty straight forward once I re-installed ThemeManager and could see how to do it.
