On a conquered planet I replaced the starport with a research facility. After the replacement, the planet still said it had a starport in the galaxy view, not in the planet view, however

This also happens after a starport is detroyed by mass driver invasion. You can still build ships on the planet even without a starport.

But still, You DO loose 10 to 50% of the PQ and 50-100% of all planetary improvements..

Does anyone have a saved game that has a planet that allows you to build ships without a starport? If so, please send it to gc2bugs@stardock.com along with a brief description of the problem (i.e., something like "Planet XXXX doesn't have a starport and yet I can build ships on it."). Thanks.
