My starbase which was resourcing influence was destroyed, and I built another constructor and moved it to the newly freed resource tile, but it didn't ask me if I wanted to mine it. I tried manually setting up an eco starbase on top of it (which did build) but the info on the starbase says that there are no mined influence bonuses.
I can't imagine what else this could be, other then a bug.
Game is great fun though. I can't wait until the next patch.
