Few bugs I noticed

1. When I clicked the disband button accidently when I had no ships I got a CTD.
2. Some mined reasources and improvements to star bases vanish when I load a save.
3. Some event that repeat themselves I don't think should particularly super soldier, undead soldiers and the Juice virus the first two expecially can be unbalanceing when you play evil.
4. Not sure this is a bug but should races I have not discovered yet be able to surrender to me? I personally don't think they should. Also the races surrender all too easily.
