Sorry to hear you are having issues. From what I know, Stardock has been doing it support via its forum for years. Any technical question should be post in the forum.
For your issue, first, please try purge and reinstall steps as mention here : [Link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account page. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall and reboot again after the installation. Retest and report back here.
If the issue still appear, please report back with few more details.
- Windows 10 or 11? Also need its full version and OS Build number. Use Winver.exe to get these numbers.
- Start11 full version number.
- How Start11 keep reinstalling same update? A popup message appear every boot up? Please elaborate.
