Hi Stardock Community. I've tried searching here for this problem without success, so here goes.

I've been using Fences 3 for many years without problems, it's very useful. Recently I found out a about new features in Fences 6, so paid for the upgrade, and tried to install it. This is on WIndows 11 BTW.

It seemed to go OK, but Fences didn't run at all afterwards. In fact, Fences.exe had disappeared from the Fences directory. After a while I found that the uninstall of Fences 3 had left a DLL in the Fences directory (sorry, can't remember the name). I couldn't delete it without booting Windows in Safe Mode as windows said that the DLL was in use. After that a reinstall of Fences 6 worked fine, and it ran great, and I registered it.

However, I then found that the desktop version of Google Drive didn't work any more. No errors, it just wouldn't start at all. After a lot of uninstalling and reinstalling, I figured out that the Fences 6 install either uninstalls, or disables Microsoft WebView2.

I uninstalled Fences, then reinstalled Google Drive, and it reinstalled WebView2 and all was fine. But I can't reinstall Fences 6 without the same thing happening again.

I can't  be the only one seeing this, can I? Any suggestions would be welcome.
