When the activation message appears saying that Fences is being activated on a new computer, I click Continue, the window closes for a moment, and then the same activation message appears again. This happens repeatedly in an endless loop, and the program never finishes activation. On the Stardock website, in the “My Downloads” section, I can see both products: Fences 4 and Fences 5. However, in the “Order History” section, I can only see Fences 4, even though both products were purchased through Steam.
Because of this, I am unable to deactivate the active computer on the website. No other computer should be active, as my laptop was the only device on which Fences 5 was installed — I simply performed a full system format.
As a result, I am now stuck in an activation loop and cannot use the software.
I would appreciate your help in resetting or fixing the activation.
