Duplicated entry on my PC

Please can you advise me. My PC shows two entries for Fences (screenshot below), should I delete one, both, or leave well alone?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. If you see that in task Manager Start up tabs, that is normal. Fences need to start up twice, to work properly.
