Nothing on this site works

I purchased a 5 computer Start11 key 2 years ago. It will not activate telling me the key I am copy/paste from this site is invalid. It will not let me do the login option telling me I didn't purchase it, yet I am staring at the purchase in front of me. This site is absolutely poor to navigate and the link hopping I had to do just to get to this point is unacceptable. CONTACT US should mean that. Not run through article after article of knowledge bases, talking about filling out support tickets only to have no viable way to do so.

Oh and my username is a second one because despite my licensing email telling me my username is Aeternavi, I cannot log into it as it both says that the username is invalid yet it's already taken.

First thing to check, are you sure you purchased start11 V2 not v1?

That would certainly cause that error. What was your purchase date?

Your Aeternavi account exists. You might have a corrupted cookie. Clear your cookies, browser data and history and try logging into your original account. Please report the result.
