trouble uninstalling an old version of Fence

Hello. I'm a returning user who purchased Fences a long time ago but haven't used it for a while.

After installing Fences 3 recently, it won't launch at all. I tried to uninstall it, but the uninstaller fails—it gets stuck, and clicking Retry or Ignore doesn't help. Even after multiple reboots and retrying, it's the same issue.

What should I do? I'm currently using Windows 11.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Do know that Fences v3 is not compatible and supported on Windows 11. It is best to upgrade to Fences v6 for Windows 11.

To removed old Fences, please use the purge part of this guide https://support.stardock.com/space/SHC/1332477959/Fences+purging+and+re-installing.
