Dear Stardock Team,
I've been a subscriber for over 10 years. Ever since I discovered Stardock/Wincustomize I've been
extremely pleased with the quality and support provided with your product suite.
Windowblinds, etc., alleviates the tedium of online tasks.
On top of my list of to-dos, I was unsuccessful attempting to use a single mouse/keyboard for both desktop and PC.
Despite claims of other utilities, they for some reason could never find the secondary device
on the network.
Then I discovered Multiplicity.
Now, you added a little suspense, maybe because of the gaming software you make
in that I didn't
find an install option in OD manager on the computer intended to be the primary. Persistence paid
off when I subsequently found an update link on the website.
Everything worked right out of the box! I can manage a laptop (no more touchpad frustration
and such) as well as my desktop now. Not only that, but can even transfer some files with cut
and paste, dispensing with the cloud conveyance.
I wish Linux was supported which will be my next primary OS.
One situation that recently occurred; my secondary PC did not go online until I checked "Use
[same IP address]". Another IP address has subsequently been assigned, yet no further connection
trouble to date. I hope you can further my understanding.
Thanks so much for making my online journey that much more enjoyable. Continued success!
Sincerely,
- Brandon Guillermo -
