Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try, uninstall Fences, reboot immediately (important), re-download latest version available for you. Install it, reboot immediately again. Retest it and report back.
If the same issue still appear, we need more information.
- Windows 10 or 11? Also need its full version and OS Build number. Please use Winver.exe to get these numbers.
- Fences full version you have installed in your system.
