I'm using Fences 3.16.0, but I also experienced the same issue with the latest Fences 6 while running a trial period.
I have Windows 10 22H2 (build 19045.6456). The thing is, it has Russian language installed, so that could be a source of the bug.
I believe you referring to Folder portal Fences, yes? If so, what happen if you double click on the folder icon?
Correct. I'm doing the same actions, but explorer never appears.
