Yes, it will control both (or up to 5 pcs via KVM if you bought the pro version)
The first thing you will need to do is install Multiplicity on all the pcs you want access to. You will need to designate one pc as your primary and the rest as secondary pcs. Then in the "KVM" tab in settings press the "+" button to add a pc, and finally you will need to enter the computer name and passcode listed on the secondary pc.
This does mean you can only have one primary PC at a time per license. But they can be manually switched later on.
If you bough the non pro version you will just have keyboard and mouse sharing and not KVM, in this case you just use the seamless grid to designate how the mouse leaves one screen to the next screen.
