Is there a reason the no complete documentation exists for the user to obtain, It has now been over ten years since I first asked the question and each year I keep repeating. There is no need for anyone to purchase, steal, borrow or obtain your software, it is f-ing useless if you do not know how to use it. I was at a friend house this morning and he had winblinds 11 ( ANOTHER POS } and he asked me how to load a a blind package into winblinds.. NO DOCUMENTATION.  It is not in my reality that a company remains in business as long as you, and has never produced documentation...and I do not mean computerize shit you have to sit for hour to read. We have lives, needs, and situation where we would be able to read documentation in other location than in from of a PC.

I started to repurchase your products, but was inform I was not entitled to do so as a returning customer. With the lack of documentation and what I witnessed at my friends house, it would be a waste of money.
