I bought Start11 in 2023. I re-installed Windows 11 recently and downloaded Start11 from your site and tried to activate with the key I purchased last year. I keep getting error messages telling me "wrong account" or incorrect username/password. Please help. Thank you.
Check your Account Downloads page and see which version you bought and check the key. Also, check the purchase confirmation email you received from FastSpring. Did you possibly use a different email address for the purchase than your account email address?

NOTE: Version 1 keys will not activate version 2. It requires a new license.
Can I still get the old version? Do I have to pay for version 2?
The version 1 should be available in your account product download page. For Start11 v2 you will need to purchase a new license for it.
