I just got this as well when booting up. I just unchecked the removal process and set webroot to "monitor" the file. More than likely a false positive.

Webroot also flagged my 'SdAppServices_x64.dll' file. Even after I set it to ignore, Webroot kept flagging the file and appended (dot)vir to the file name: SdAppServices_x64.dll.vir. Each time I set it to ignore Webroot continued to flag it. Eventually my file was SdAppServices_x64.dll.vir.vir.vir.vir. I decided to reboot my PC. THAT was a mistake because Fences would not run after a re-boot. I had a blank screen except for icons in my system tray. Luckily one of those icons was Windows Explorer.

I turned off Webroot's "Realtime shield" and "Web Shield". I always keep my installation files; it saved my butt this time. Before I executed the file to re-install Fences, I renamed my "Fences" sub-directory to "FencesOLD". I always do that in case there's a problem with a new installation (Side note: I could not rename the "bad" file back to the original (dot)dll since my PC kept saying the file was in use. Odd I could rename the folder but not a file within the folder). THEN I re-installed Fences. My original desktop appeared, but I still have Webroot's "Realtime shield" and "Web Shield" turned off. I might turn them on again in a few days when I have time and hope Webroot doesn't flag the file again.

I've been having the same problem with WebRoot & Fences.  I've been using Fences v3 and WebRoot ever since Best Buy started promoting it.  

Last week I started getting a WebRoot message that I had "windows.trojan.penguish".  I finally got Fences totally uninstalled using Revo Unstall, stopped WebRoot, and re-installed using my original Fences 4 install files.  Yesterday all was good but this morning I'm getting a threat "SdAppServices_x64.dll". Very frustrating!!

I'm going to report this on the WebRoot forum but, in the meantime, how can I bypass these errors and what is a multi-engine web base malware scan and how do I do one?
