Hello

I just purchased a new Surface Laptop 7th edition with the Snapdragon X10 processor.  Initially when I installed Fences I got a message that Fences is not compatible with ARM processors.  Searching support I was directed to install the Insider Edition of Fences.  Afterr doing that I dont get the ARM error message any more.  If I allow Fences to create the initial Fences on my desktop I am not able to move or resize them.  If I choose to create Fences myself, it will allow me to draw the fence but it does not actually create the fence.  Further searching of support it said to make sure Fences are not locked.  When I right click on the desktop the menu does not have the lock option that I see in the support article.   

Can anyone provide some guidance here?  I'm a long time Fences user and am going to miss it if I can install on my new laptop.  Plus I spent an extra $39.00 to be able to access the Insider Edition which has not help the problem.
