Change size of icon text labels

The title text for all of my icons is huge and I cannot find any way to change it. The commands under the view menu do not enable me to do this. The situation makes Fences effectively unusable. Note that the icon size itself does change as described in the docs but the font size persists no matter what. Help, please.

Windows full version and OS Build number. Please use Winver.exe
Fences full version number.
Post some pictures on your issue.
Do you see the same issue if you disable Fences.

To disable Fences please refer to screenshot below.
