Fences for Folders or just Desktop?

What software do I need?

My Desktop is organized with Fences 4 and it's a big help. I'd like to setup Fences in folders also.

Can Fences do that? Is there another app I should get?

Not sure, what you mean by "Fences in folders". Fences do have Portal Fences.

I am talking about Win11 Folders that are on the desktop. I have never used Portal Fences. To be honest, I don't even know what they are.

This video should give you some idea about Portal Fences. It should help you, make your desktop less messy and your files can still be in its original folders, just make a Fences Portal that link to that Folder.
