Try what Jan suggested and if that doesn't work, try the instructions below.
Try this and see if you can get a Windows cursor going.
Press the Win key on your keyboard, and then start typing to search. Enter "Control" and the Control panel should be in the results. Use the arrow keys to navigate and open the Control Panel.
Once there. use the tab key to get down to the control panels and then the arrow key to navigate to "Mouse," and press enter.
Once the "Mouse Properties" opens, use tab and shift+tab to navigate to the tabs. Select "Pointers," and then press tab to highlight the "Scheme" pull down menu. Now use the Down arrow to navigate to a Windows cursor and press enter. Then tab to the OK button and press enter.
You should now have a Windows cursor working.
There may be an easier way, but I know this will work.
