Lock desktop icons has disappeared in Fences 5!

Why has the option to lock desktop fences been removed in Fences 5 Upgrade?  My icons now pop-up wherever they feel like it, no matter in which Fence they were originally placed (and locked in previous version).  Fix please

OK, that restored the Lock function BUT the ability to create a new folder on an uinlocked screen has been disabled!  What is going on with this previously great app that it now screws my system?

With the regedit, if you lock one folder it actually locks all folders. You have to unlock them to create a new folder

Okay.  That stinks as an option - I have to individually unlock every folder on the desktop to add a new folder?  How cumbersome.   The previous version of Fences allowed locking but I could still add a desktop folder that was not in a Fence.   So, as this has now screwed my system, how do I revert to the previous edition of Fences after installing Fences 5 AND running the file you sent to restore the lock/unlock function in Fences 5

Not sure about this one. I can still create a new folder in a Fence if I unlocked or locked it the Fences. Please elaborate more on your issue. Or post a video showing your issue. So we understand your issue better.
