Fences 3 to 4 Lifetime upgrade discount

Hello! I have purchased Fences 3 and plan to upgrade to Fences 4. I originally purchased a lifetime license and I have two questions:

Is there is a upgrade option to Fences 4 with a lifetime license?

Is there a discount for upgrading to Fences 4 or should I just buy it outright?
