Cannot install Fences 4 on a new PC

Hi, from what I can tell, based on what I paid for Fences 4 in July 2023, I should be able to install this on up to five PC's. I only installed it on one, and have since uninstalled it as I had to turn the PC in. I CANNOT install it on my new PC with the activation key I have, I get an error that it still thinks it is installed on the previous PC, which it is not. But should it matter if I can install on up to five?

What might be happening is that you didn't deactivate Fences 4 on the prior computer before uninstalling, returning the computer.
