Fences move after start up

Sometimes ( not every time) I strat up my computer ( windows 11) the fences have moved to the top of the screen and bunched up together.

Windows 11 full version number. Use Winver.exe to get it.
Fences version number?
Monitor/s details. Resolution, scaling factors (100%,150% etc)
The screenshots from which Monitor?
Post a screenshot of Fences "Layout features & snapshots" on your system.

mine does that too: see top window bunched up, and bottom 'games' window ok. The bottom window is ok because I 'resized' the window by >0px and that cause all of the icon's to reorient and display with the proper spacing.
