Stardock Fences 4 supports multiple languages, including English, Dutch, French, German, Polish, Russian, Spanish, and Simplified Chinese. Support for any given language (in any software) generally has to do with market size and customer base in that country or region. It does not yet support Turkish as far as I know.
As for a hatred of Turks, I'm not aware of that, either. I don't see a need to come here and insult the very people you want help/answers from.
Either software supports a given language, or not. It isn't personal, and Stardock isn't a huge company, by the way. You can wait patiently or not. That's up to you.
