Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please use this guide to check for your product and keys. https://forums.stardock.com/486311/accounts-and-activation-support-faq#gettingproducts. Make sure to key in the correct email address. 

If all fails, please raise support ticket using the link below, use the product not receive option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.

I have purchased 2 products now, I paid with PayPal, Fences 4 5-Pack & CursorFx4 . I tried to check my email and it was not found

If you purchase via paypal. Please try the email address that link to Paypal. If that still pay raise a Support ticket.

我的PayPal账号和这里的账号是一致的   我发起了请求：SSN-47659 这个是号码，里面有PayPal的支付截图，另外当我点击账号中Down菜单栏目，页面会显示没有任何的记录。

 

我今天才注册的账号，我现在很着急，希望能快速解决这件事情
