Winget wants to upgrade from 4.10.06 -> 4.07.02

Just updated to Fences 4.10.06, but Winget wants to "upgrade" to an older version of 4.07.02. Is this something weird on my end?

To reassure Syinide, I can report the same problem with winget: It is as if winget considers the 2nd version number "07" as "7"which makes it greater than "1", hence there is an invalid comparison of 4.1 versus 4.7.
