Fences Icons Bleed through

Fences 4.0.7.2 Icons Bleed through on top of Application windows.  Is there a fix for this?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need more information on your system.

  1. You on Windows 10 or 11? Also, need to know its full version number. Use Winver.exe to get it.
  2. Your monitor resolution and Scaling factor (100%, 125%, 200% etc)

Please try purge and reinstall steps as mention here : [Link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account page. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall and reboot again after the installation. Retest and report back here.

I ran the purge and was hoping to start from scratch, but I cannot completely remove Fences.  Teh purge just keeps it installed regardless if I restart or not.  I probably have lost my Fenses layouts,, but willing to start over if you can help me completely remove Fences, so I can do a clean install. Can you help me with this?  Thanks Jim

Did you happen to installed it not its default directory?

I was able to delete all Fences and startup items and reinstall Fences and restore by desktop. I'll let you know if the bleed through comes back, but we are good now.  Thank you for your assistance.

That is not a video. However, do you have somehow turn "on" the hotkeys->Show Fences (toggle) and you did not toggle it back "off"?

Thank you.  I have turned it off now and will let you know if the bleed through occurs again.

Try Clean boot: https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#cleanboot. Try it and report back.
